Field Service Coordinator - Mid Level Management
Position Overview
For over 17 years, Alaska Pet and Yard Services, LLC (APYS) has been providing dog waste cleanup services to over 12,000 customers from South Anchorage to the Mat-Su Valley.
The Field Services Coordinator position is a mid-management position that works closely with management and the field service team. The Field Service Coordinator organizes the activities of field service employees. As a Field Service Coordinator, your job duties include dispatching and routing personnel to customer job sites, communicating with customers and field team members, and providing guidance to the field service employees where needed. Our office is located in Eagle River. Candidate must be comfortable working in an office in Eagle River.
Strong leadership skills is a must! This position requires someone with the natural ability to be a voracious problem solver, assertive, juggle multiple tasks while having excellent communication skills to work with many different personalities. In addition to the primary responsibility of working with service employees, the Field Services Coordinator assists with daily office and customer functions.

Alaska Pet and Yard Services believes in a work/life balance. However, for approximately 2-3 months in the spring (typically March through May), this position requires working hours that meet the needs of our customers and field staff. During those months, working extended hours such as evenings and weekends are required as needed. The professional that fills this position must be able do what is required to “get the job done” with the best interest of the company in mind.
